Relax in a self-made sanctuary with each space specially designed to feel tranquil and inviting, flooding with natural light, the afternoon southerly sea breeze enhances your senses to let you know your on the coast.
ENJOY
2 cozy bedrooms and a relaxing Sun Room with a library of an abundance of books for all tastes and ages, . The sunroom daybed converts to a twin single or a king bedroom for extra guests .
The back deck is sun-soaked through most of the morning and afternoon, perfect for an early Breakfast before the beach or somewhere to hang on the swinging chair.
For Rainy days enjoy Netflix on the cane rocker or cozy leather couch unless you’re up for board games in the dining room grandma’s cupboard is packed with plenty.
Loveshacks kitchen is fully equipped and packed wit smeg appliances including coffee machine

Relax amongst the native gardens under the banksia trees whilst reading a book in the hammock. Sit in the chairs out the front and watch the birds in the afternoon whilst having a beer after getting back from the beach in the afternoon.

During the day enjoy the outdoor lounge for a BBQ lunch under a 4 metre oversized umbrella in the surroundings of lushes gardens.

Beach tents ,chairs , Boards surf and body are available for you to use,
all you'll need to bring with you is a Beach towel!
Sunlight fills the house throughout the day, but the surrounding native trees provide the perfect amount of shade.
The backyard is fully-fenced , and has a cosy firepit for cool nights.
On rainy days, Ettalong Galleriea provides movies, restaurants, markets & cafes (but there is always Netflix, Wii and WiFi at home and plenty of board games too!).
For that bohemian Byron-feel, visit Gnostic Corner for Yoga, Massage and Meditation.
Umina Beach is great for young kids -It has the ultimate child's playground, skate ramp for bigger brothers and sisters with the onlooking organic Jasmine Green Cafe for mums and dads. The beach is also fully patrolled and provides calmer surf.
The area is known for it's surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, biking, hiking tracks, and markets, so you have the freedom to shape your stay however you want it!
Take in a stroll along the esplanade and stop in to the Box for a long lunch at Ettalong Beach or a perhaps a spot of Tennis in Umina if you prefer.
Patonga is great for a family day, BBQ and have a day of swimming or beat the crowd and book a table at the Boat house hotel.
Ocean beach hotel Umina has a great menu to dine on whilst watching your favourite sports on the biggest out door screen. Umina Beach lawn bowls has a great bistro and is up for barefoot bowls at your request.
Most clubs and hotels in the area provide courteous buses to get you home easily fantastic for a night off too much fun.
Ocean beach hotel, Ocean beach surf club, Woolworths supermarket and BWS bottle shop are at the end of Trafalgar Ave. Turn left at the big palm tree and everything you need is right at the end of the street.
To get to our Boho Beach Shack, you can catch a 50min express train from Central to Woy Woy and then a 7 minute taxi or a bus.
Alternatively, you can drive the 80min journey from Sydney CBD.
It is just over an hour from Newcastle by train or car.
School holidays are a minimum 5night stay , otherwise weekends are a minimum 2nights and overnights weekdays can be provided on request.

- 0ur neighbourhood is a quiet, family area. Please respect our neighbours and their kids by keeping noise levels to a minimum at night

- please leave the house as you found it any extra cleaning charges will be added to your fees.
- if you feel ill please let us know so we can organize the appropriate clean for future guests
- smoking on the premises is prohibited

- leave our special place respectfully and with a sense of calm
- noise levels should be kept reasonably appropriate for a quiet neighbourhood. Please reduce noise levels after 10pm for our neighbours
- sanitary items are not to be placed in the toilet as this will cause a blockage. There is a small bin beside the toilet available. (charges apply for any blockages incurred due to carelessness)
- be mindful of what you place in the washing machine - bobby-pins or small hard objects block the pump of the washing machine (charges apply)
- please hang your towels before you leave and ensure the air-conditioner is turned off
- please ensure windows are locked before exit, and blinds tilted open
- keys are replaced back in the lockbox and re-lock as you leave
- air-conditioning should be set between 18 and 23degrees any cooler or hotter that causes malfunctioning to the unit charges will be applied
- dishwasher blockages if occur because off mishandling and not rinsing dishes or Brocken glass not removed costs will be forwarded
- a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking inside the house occurs or any other desansitized clean or bi hazardous clean needed due to negligence or not leaving the property how you found it. If the clean requires further cleaning excess of $1000 then further charges will apply to the guest.
- any cigarette butts outside the house or in pot plants and gardens will incur a fee of $50 per butt for the cleaner
- if BBQ is left dirty $50 for cleaner apply
- pantry items available if you finish anything kindly replace it
- bins go out on Monday night please put out and bring in on Tuesday after collection
- if the garden looks thirsty or grass looks like it needs a drink on longer stays please water. (There is a gardener but some days can be really hot)
- all kitchen appliances and air conditioner are new so if you respect the house the house will respect you
- please load dishes in dishwasher before leaving
- please place garbage in garbage bins before leaving
- please be aware of recycling and use bins correctly
- please leave the house as you found it , treat it as your own home. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for those who disrespect the house
- any guests that use electricity excessively on stays longer than 28 days that shows over and above recent bills $100 will be required to pay the excess usage.
