The peace and privacy that this location offers is exceptional, as is the convenience of nearby surf beaches, wineries and restaurants.
In season, enjoy macadamia, plum, mandarin, pear, avocado and pine nuts growing on plants and trees within the property. Relax in the cozy lounge with slow combustion fire and built in pizza oven. Sip tea or drink wine on the large veranda whilst admiring distant views of the regions stunning mountain ranges. In the evening sit back and enjoy a stunning starlit sky from the the open lawns, whilst a warm fire burns slowly in the large cast iron fire pit.
Should you want to venture outside the property, a 5 minute drive takes you to beautiful Greenwell Point, famous for some of the finest oysters on the South Coast. Surfing at Culburra Beach is 10 minutes away and you can be swimming in the clear waters of Jervis Bay within 20 minutes. If markets and boutique stores are your thing, then Berry is 25 minutes away, passing some very fine wineries along the way...

Set amongst one acre of lush green lawns and fruit trees, and with no neighbours in site, this beautifully furnished 1900's homestead has everything you need for a completely relaxing escape. Should you decide to explore the surrounding areas, some of the South Coasts finest beaches, wineries and market towns are all only a short drive away.
Please note that the property is strictly no smoking inside.
BEDROOMS
Sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 3 queen beds and a twin room containing two singles. All bed linen provided. One of the Queen bedrooms has air conditioning and reverse cycle heating. Small panel heaters in each of the other rooms. Beds have a fitted sheet, a top sheet and a quilt.
LOUNGE
Cosy lounge with a slow combustion log fire and built in oven. Complimentary bag of seasoned firewood provided (except summer). Three seater and two seater sofas with throws and soft cushions. 42” Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube and more (you will need to use your own account login for some of these services)
KITCHEN / DINING ROOM
Large open kitchen and dining room with deluxe gas oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Saucepans, utensils, cutlery and crockery, Nespresso machine and coffee plunger. Selection of coffee pods included for your first morning. Eco friendly soaps and detergents. Tea towels. Basic condiments including olive oil, salt, pepper, tea bags. Ceiling fan to keep the room cool and breezy on hot days.
BATHROOM
Spacious bathroom containing twin basins, separate toilet and separate large shower. Hot water is heated by solar power during the day and electricity overnight. Bath towels provided

This is a rural cottage surrounded by open pastures. A variety of birds may visit, including Galahs, Cockatoos and Lorikeets. In the evening you may see frogs and Bandicoots on the lawns and Verandah. Fairy Wrens live amongst the bushes on the property. Since the property is rural and surrounded by dairy pastures , there may be cows on the adjoining fields next to the house....

I have had a deep love for the outdoors and wildlife all my life, and a passion for adventure. I enjoy hiking, camping, sea kayaking, all things nature and outdoors.
