FARM RULES:
Your accommodation is part of a commercial livestock business which contains male and female animals as well as machinery (tractors, motorbikes, mowers etc). You are welcome to walk or push bike ride the two farm tracks, but you must not enter paddocks or access dams and waterways for your own safety. Please be aware the tracks are farm access tracks and therefore can be uneven and maybe be dirty – we welcome you to ride pushbikes or walk on these farm tracks although it is at your own risk.
If you need to open a gate to access the track you must close it and please leave everything as you find it.
The paddock fences are mostly “electric fences” so they carry electrical current. Avoid touching or climbing through fences as they may shock you.
No motorbikes or vehicles may be driven on the property.
No fires to be lit outside and no animals (wild or farmed) to be endangered.
You may see a farmer while you are out and about. Feel free to give them a wave and ask them a question or two.
PET RULES:
NO PETS ALLOWED IN ACCOMMODATION under any circumstances.
You're welcome to BYO pet cages although a secure pen is provided (refer photos).
As we operate a commercial livestock farm no pets are allowed to roam freely outside the house yard. If dogs are on a lead they are welcome to join you on walks along farm tracks.
Cats must not be let roam free as we have and encourage an abundance of wildlife.
You must clean up after your pets and leave the pen ready for the next visitors. A bin is provided for your convenience.
A maximum of 3 pets per booking.
PLEASE NOTE: All accommodation must be used for private/residential use only and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation.
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property.
There is NO SMOKING inside of the Property. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour additional charges may apply to cover the extra cleaning and odour removal....
